color of course.... but if you want to be creative, maybe you can do some B&w's too..

I would do something with the dam-the rapid water and the mills. Probably in black and white or sepia--since I haven't shot anything like that.

OF course color.....because you can change color pictures to b&w by ps
but you can't change b&w pictures to colorful..
