Is it just me, or is anyone else having a problem with apostrophes and quotation marks being replaced by "code" in the caption fields?

Kind of along similar lines...

Text underneath the pics doesn't seem to be saving. I typed something under nearly every shot, however only one of the things I had typed had saved. I tried it a few times, but the same happened...

It appears to only be saving the last thing I type...the rest are disappearing!
