who looks at his photos?

I would imagine people in malaysia involved in local politics read the blog.

Pinkturtle posted pictures of the earthquake in china that were not his/her own, but did credit the appropriate sources for those pictures. There are many many posts like this in that blog - photos from sources like getty images combined with editorial text.

The (political?) pictures with text, with images like a man's face collaged onto the body of a pig make this appear to be some sort of campaign or anti-campaign.

If I owned photoblog, I'd be concerned about image rights as well as wondering whether posting a man's face on the body of a pig might be considered something like 'hate speech' in Malaysia.

my bahasu is not good enough to understand these pages, but it looks like a rather engaged islamic malaysian activist group. in this context, i'm not quite clear if they are promoting s certain politic party or this is meant to be satire... but i'll investigate with some of my malaysian friends and see what i can find out.

It may well be a highly satirical take on figures from Malay politics, a sort of Malasian 'Punch'. Since I don't know - I can't read the language - I don't say get rid of it. But his hit rate is surely down to some practices contrary to the photoblog ethos.
