too rough with my heart can cause heart damage

what am i suppose to do???? no matter how far i run, my past will still haunts me. i runaway like 1000 or more than miles away away from you. but still your the one i need. everyday and everynight i'm forcing my heart not to fall for you but i still can't take it. i won't allow my mind to even remember you coz everytime i think that it won't happen again it hurts me inside and the more i stop myself, the more my heart beats..
