Ash from Mt. Saint Helen eruption

Brilliant colors resulting from ash from the Mt. Saint Helen eruption in the state of Washington. This photo was taken in a field in Missouri some 2000 miles from Mt. Saint Helen. It took about four days for the ash to be wind blown to where I was.
