Cosmos
These are annuals that seem to reseed and "volunteer" to decorate my garden again each year. What is interesting about this flower, though, is that I never planted this variety of stripy-petaled cosmos. |

Beautiful, both of them! I've never seen anything like the first one. I also have volunteer cosmos in my garden, but have never seen the striped variety. I wonder if it's a mutation?
