Amazing how the dof is so small.... that makes it difficult. How longer the focus lengt the shorter the dof. You can increase the DOF bij changing the f-number(if possible with your cam), in this shot f3.5 is used makes the dof even smaller. My trick is using a large f-number and using a flash even in the dun, somehow it freezes the movement with for example bugs.
