More patterns

I thought I’d do a follow up posting to yesterday’s pine cone as there were so many lovely patterns I didn’t capture yesterday. This is a close up of the scales on my giant pine cone – I love the complimentary tones in the colours of the patterns and the contrasting textures between the top and bottom of the scales.
