Pegs and pasta!

Kevin bought a vast quantity of clothes pegs today ready for the windband tour to Italy that he’s leading from tomorrow – they’re for holding music on the music stands during breezy outdoor concerts in case you’re wondering why! While we were eating dinner (pasta to get him in the mood for a week of Italian cuisine) I was looking at this enormous pile of pegs thinking they could be today’s photographic subject. I ended up attaching them to our washing line in a carefully staggered pattern and used my macro lens to get close. I’ve increased the saturation quite a bit to give their colour a bit more oomph.
