I was asked a while ago to take some photos of recorders for the Hampshire Recorder Sinfonia for publicity use. I had a go a while back and posted some of my efforts here back in July: http://www.photoblog.com/girafferacing/2008/07/02/ . I’ve been looking after some of the Sinfonia’s big recorders over the summer so I spent some time this afternoon trying to shoot them, along with my own smaller varieties. This is the one I was most pleased with – showing Sopranino (about 6 inches long) to contrabass (over six feet long!).
