Every Thursday evening I visit one of my pupils, Charlie, to give her a recorder lesson. Charlie has two dogs, Benson and Barney, who always get excited about visitors and inevitably come and demand some attention from me when I arrive. I still hadn’t taken today’s photo when I got there this afternoon so when I saw Benson sitting in the hall looking soulful I just had to grab a photo. Perhaps I’ll manage to persuade Barney (the younger of the two dogs) to sit still for long enough to catch his photo next week!
