This is a radio that belonged to my Grandfather. Grandad died back in 1982 and I’ve no idea how long he’d had this radio before that but I would imagine it must date back to at least the early seventies. It’s showing no sign of its age and is still working perfectly – built to last. It gets used every day in our kitchen. I’m sure Grandad would be pleased that his radio is still going strong. It’s also odd to think that it’s probably almost as old as I am!
