Having failed to take a suitable photo while I was out and about today I found myself once again searching in the kitchen drawer for a suitable macro subject when I happened upon the Boy Scout’s best friend, a pen knife. I tried a number of different angles with some of the tools on show but in the end decided to plump for this simple abstract shot. I managed to get in so close you can even see every last speck of dirt the knife has picked up while living in our kitchen drawer!
