My Mini has been at the garage for much of this week to try and fix an intermittent problem where the car suddenly lost power at deeply inconvenient moments. After a number of heart in mouth moments at roundabouts where my the car’s 175 horsepower felt more like 60 they finally agreed I had a problem and took the car in for the third time this year to try and fix it. As a result I’ve spent most of this week driving around in a very dull, slow Renault while they phoned BMW HQ to ask for help. I finally got Mini back on Friday (they say she’s fixed but time will tell!) and, boy, am I pleased to be back behind her wheel. To celebrate I thought I’d pop up to the Goodwood Motor Circuit and take some photos.
