I still had my coloured pens out this morning from my efforts to create a Union Jack flag for Sunday’s photo and they gave me an idea for a colourful photo to post today. I spent a bit of time lining them up in different ways and shooting from different angles before I found the framing that worked best. I like the way only one pen is in complete focus while the others disappear into a pleasant rainbow coloured blur.
