A splash of colour on a grey day

It’s been drizzling with rain most of today and the sky has been a depressing grey colour since the day began. When I got home from my school concert this afternoon I noticed how this pink hydrangea in our next door neighbours’ garden made such a wonderfully bright, colourful contrast with the dreary weather. I was already pretty wet so I thought I’d brave the rain take some photos while it was covered in raindrops.
