While I was away on my courses over the last couple of weeks Kevin neglected to pick the produce we’ve been growing in our little vegetable patch as often as might have been ideal. As a result we’ve had something of a glut of tomatoes this week and I thought they deserved a photo as I washed them this afternoon. All I need to do now is find lots of ways of using them – it’s a nice problem to have though and at least I know they’ll taste better than the shop-bought variety!

Halved and stuffed with fresh breadcrumbs , chopped garlic and parsley a trickle of olive oil on top and in tin and roasted in the oven , I usually add a dash of white wine too. MMMMM!!! ????? · 2009-08-16: 13:32
