Timewasting

Today’s photo reflects the amount of time I feel I’ve wasted on an irritating but necessary task today. I’ve been putting off collating all the information needed for my annual tax return since April – there’s always been something more attractive to do. However, I was gently reminded by my accountant of the looming deadline last week so I decided today would be the day. By 4.30 this afternoon I’d done all I could for the day (I was prevented from finishing by my online banking being offline) so Kevin and I went into Chichester to run a few errands and I took my camera for the ride. When I saw the sun shining on one of the clocks on the market cross with this deep blue sky behind I decided that would be my shot for the day – it seemed rather appropriate. At least I know (online banking permitting!) most of tomorrow can be spent doing more enjoyable things!
