I saw some photos of Liquorice Allsort sweets in a magazine last week and they struck me as being good subjects for a colourful photo so when we went shopping today I bought a bag. In the end they proved a harder subject to pin down than I’d expected and it took a long while to find some compositions I was reasonably happy with. These two shots were my favourites, although I’m sure I could have done better with more time. Who’d have thought a few sweets could be such a challenge!
