I took a stroll round the village this afternoon, visiting the horses in the field beside the cycle path. Kevin and I walked past them several times during the snow but neither of them was interested in coming to say hello as they were more concerned with eating enough food to keep warm. However, today the younger one was very friendly (hoping for some treats from me I suspect) and posed very obligingly for photos for a few minutes. This is the foal I featured on my blog last May and he’s growing up into a handsome young horse now.
