I couldn’t resist sharing a photo of one of my birthday presents from Tuesday as it’s so beautiful. This pendant was made for me by my friend Sharon. She’s been attending silversmithing classes and recently went on a course on using Precious Metal Clay which is how she made this beautiful leaf. Sharon’s much better at describing the process than I am so you can visit her blog here for more information. I’ve been wearing it ever since she gave it to me and it has drawn a several admiring comments from people I’ve met so I’m obviously not the only person to appreciate its delicate beauty. Thank you Sharon – what a wonderfully unique present!
