As I returned from lunch I noticed a selection of pansies in plant pots outside my teaching room at school today. I was struck by the gorgeous, velvety colour and texture of this particular flower and decided to take some photos of it before my first pupil arrived. I wasn’t expecting to find a photo at school but it just goes to show it pays to carry a camera (complete with macro lens) absolutely everywhere!
