When I visited Bedales School today I had the pleasure of meeting the music department’s newest arrival. Sheila, one of my colleagues there, got her new puppy yesterday - she’s called Teaka and she’s just eight weeks old. By the time I arrived at 3.30pm Teaka was fast asleep after a tiring day meeting lots of new people so I gave her a gentle stroke and took a few photos while she snoozed. Sheila’s other dog, Ebony, has appeared on my blog before – she was one of my first subjects the day I got my current camera. Her nose has been well and truly put out of joint by Teaka’s arrival so I made sure I made lots of fuss of her and took her photo too. Needless to say, I will be taking my camera to school with me every week to capture Teaka’s growth. Perhaps next week she’ll be awake when I’m there!
