A couple of weeks ago I saw an item on our local television news about a council which had banned daft management speak terms like ‘blue sky thinking’. That particular term had been replaced with the word ‘thinking’ instead! As I walked around Gunwharf Quays this morning under a deep blue sky this came to mind as being a good title for today’s photos. I also decided to break a few supposed photographic rules as I shot these images – the first has a bit of flare from the sun and I decided the second one just needed the bullseye approach to framing, even if that’s not a recommended compositional tool!
