My friend Sharon and I are currently enjoying a photography course at West Dean College. Our tutor for the weekend is Richard Cannon, a pro who has worked for the Sunday Times and many well known magazines. The main focus of the weekend is people photography but after the initial session this evening Sharon and I decided to take some long night time exposures of the college building. Richard popped by and gave us a few tips and this shot, a self portrait, is the result. It was Sharon’s suggestion for me to be reading but the only book we had to hand was the hefty instruction manual for her Nikon D700 camera!
