I really struggled to be inspired with today’s theme – it was another one of those occasions when I found myself taking photos against the clock. However, I eventually found a subject for the numbers theme in the form of this very shiny new penny which was lying beside the telephone. The number one seemed a good one for today, being the first of the month and the first day of Advent. Incidentally, I opened the first gift in my friend Sharon’s Advent calendar today and I promised Marie that I would tell her what it was – some very yummy Belgian chocolate. Thanks Sharon!
