By this morning almost all of our beautiful white snow had disappeared, chased away by bucketing rain – normal service has resumed with the British weather! It was grey and dull all day so I decided to take a photo of one of the flowers I was given about ten days ago by one of my pupils. They’ve lasted incredibly well and I thought this rather unusual two-tone chrysanthemum would make a good close up.
