I decided to take a miniature approach to today’s ‘looking inside from outside’ theme and peered into some of the plants in our front garden. I found all sorts of creepy crawlies and managed to catch a few well focussed frames in between gusts of wind. Both photos have been cropped fairly heavily as I couldn’t get close enough to make the bugs large enough in the frame, even with my macro lens. The little black fellow I found inside a daffodil is absolutely tiny – no more than 2 millimetres long!

I know what you meanT! that beetle is really damn small! My first tries on it, on a yellow flower (these species like yellow flowers), got all out of focus :( but you did very well well! nice private life uh? ;) onlyricky · 2011-03-16: 13:43
