When I posted my second hazel leaf photo three weeks ago Dan
suggested I take another shot the following day to create a triptych. The next day the leaf didn’t really look any different so I left it sitting on top of my piano to see how it changed. In the absence of anything else to shoot I thought I would finally try a third image for today’s post. Interestingly it hasn’t really curled up much more during the intervening weeks but it is definitely fading in colour – growing old gracefully.
