I’ve noticed a lot of these oxeye daisies on roadside grass verges as I’ve been driving around in recent days. I stopped briefly on my journey home this evening and found some flowering nearby so I decided to choose one to photograph. This particular specimen was looking rather frayed around the edges and it seemed the perfect flower to echo the way I’m feeling after such a hectic weekend!
