I’ve often looked at these coat hooks in the staff toilets at Bedales School and wondered if they’d make a good photo – there’s something about the combination of the curves of the hooks and the strong lines of the wall tiles that intrigues me. As luck would have it I had my little compact camera in my bag when I was there today so I snapped a few frames and decided this one would work best as a gritty black and white conversion.
