I’ve been busy arranging music today so any plans I may have had to find a farm to shoot for today’s theme went out of the window. By the time I’d finished slaving over a hot computer this afternoon the sun had come out (briefly) between downpours so I popped along to Bosham where there is a field of horses beside the village shop. Sadly not one of the nine horses took even the slightest interest in me and they all steadfastly remained on the far side of the field, out of reach of even my 400mm lens! As I was about to give up and walk away I noticed this little clump of horse hair tangled around the barbed wire fence and it just shouted ‘macro photo’ at me. Luckily I had my macro lens in the car so I grabbed a few shots and headed home. I know I’m stretching them theme here but I guess this miniature scene is something that can be found on the fence of any sheep farm around the country!
