Coming in from a 1.5 mile swim from Alcatraz Island in 55 degree water. Everyone beyond that yellow cone overshot the target area! Next is an 18 mile bike ride, then an 8 mile run. Their bikes are 1/2 mile from here, including pavement. I mention that because many ran it barefoot... yoiks.
