Back in La Paz, we catch the annual Gran Poder. Participants - groups from all over the city - walk/dance/play instruments during an 8 hour route (I heard). They started before 9:00 AM. We were there all day but folded well before the last group came through. I could still hear the revelry at 2:00 AM...
