Very abstract, you have long exposures in daylight like that...or is it by moonlight? Either way, it's nice and surreal like, I like it.

Beautiful imagery. How do you accomplish that blueish colour all over (change of hue?). It looks like its been colourized but I can't explain the colour of the light streaks in that case.
