From beach town to beach town (enter MuiNe)

VN loves their war memorials .

My tank pack:
guide book, multi-tool, passport, camera, a few dong, water, waterproofed map, compass, watch, and sometimes a few pieces of fruit.
I miss this

built around the 8th century by the info posted.

A last stop before going leaving town;
I feel as though I'm beginning to find myself antsy in VN;
each town sees less of me than the one before.

An ancient temple makes for an amazing road side site.

passing through Van Loc
note:
traveling through most everywhere I've been; I've found the locals selling their regional goods by the road side. VN is no different.
I've seen road sides with oils, tonics, snake wines, dragon fruit, and spiders (to eat)... In VanLoc: wine
Not to be confused with any wine you've ever had before- no no no- this is, by all means, the worst wine I've had in my life.
Strong as all, but better known as vinegar than wine.

The roads reflection in my shades is my favorite part of this one-

The photos of the open road take me right back

A light road into MuiNe
maybe saw one other vehicle the whole ride
(cows don't count)

and along with the inlet, I smell salt water...

Funny thing in this town, the sale of a tour site called "Red Canyon".
... Now, I really doubt it has anything to do with my being from the home of the largest canyon on the planet... But, this is no canyon.
I call it a red creek (and a small one at that), and I'm glad I passed it in a moment on the way in.
