60: Last Year's Hops

This trellis used to be next to our patio, concealing the garage next door with a fresh growth of hops every year. Very pretty, but unfortunately I am allergic to the sap they drip onto everything. So it had to go.

I'm not doing it for artistic photography - but as a sort of visual reference to things that I have been doing. It's basically a diary.

I've been thinking about my last comment - and wanted to add a little bit more. Each photo is linked to something personal: something I have done, people I have been with, or some kind of memory. It's more interesting (to me) than my blog, because it works in a very different way. There is the private meaning, which obviously I won't share on the internet, and the public meaning.
