121: Strawberry Fudge

Made by one of my classes: 8 teenagers with a variety of learning disabilities.
It's proper fudge, and they were careful to bring the temperature up to 116 degrees celsius to make sure that it set properly. They also chopped the strawberries, and insisted on sprinkling them onto the top rather than mixing them in.
Their fudge, their choice. I'm proud of 'em.
