I just arrived home from the Cape and had a message to check your blog. I am moved by this entry and your dedication to me. Janusz Korczaki was an incredible man and this tribute to his humanity is beautiful. I see the fountains as a metaphor—the water represents, to me, the tears of those children and the tears of all of us when we are confronted by people's inhumanity to one another. Thank you for this post— my friend.
