It was sad. I only hope that I have done this animal (our national icon) justice. I don't hold the driver to blame, few people want to hit a kangeroo, and she was removed from the road, placed with diginity, perhaps, among leaves. Thank you for your comments.

These are beautiful shots. The subtle lighting & B&W work very nicely. I might have taken some dead roo shots today, but these are better than I would've done.
