Veggie dish　(きんぴら牛蒡)

Cooking method is simple. First you fry the burdock and the carrot lightly with the sesame oil, next you cook including the sugar and the soy sauce.

調理方法は簡単。　先ずは、牛蒡と人参をごま油で軽く炒め、次に、砂糖と醤油を加え調理する。(^_^)v　<m(__)m>
