I leave my travel partner and close friend alone for the day and hike up into the hills surrounding Chichicastenango. I`m in luck today and find a local ceremony in full swing around this stone with a human-like face.
One of the indios present tell me it is the Quetchua God Mohol.
I made several photos of the whole ceremony and plan to publish the others as well, one a day though.
