Monster size spider......

Yesterday I finally met my first subject with my new macro lens.
When I was about to go outside In the corner of my eye I saw this tiny spider just walking on the floor in our entrance, so I politely asked him if he would like to be my first model to test my new lens…..

Jan, a great set and you were lucky enough to meet a great subject early on. I can't wait to see how you progress with your new gadget. I am sure that you will be turning out some fantastic work!!

good shots for a first catch :) I don't know exactly how your macro lens are, but you should get closer to the subject the most you can, so you can get big close ups just like the ones i've made recently... but i dont know what kind of macro you want, these you've made for me are the normal ones, I usually try to make the closest ones... the ones you can see all the details..but me, like you, i'm just a beginner in the real macro world ;))

its a pity i cannot see the exif, I could help you a bit about that... I usually use 55 - up for macros... recently i've found the most you can get close, the most big you can get the subject... have a look at my today post: Get close, get macro and tell me what do you think of these macros..is this something you're achieving to?

And I thought it was going to be a huge creepy monster, as I scrolled down the screen, the truth was revealed, its just a wee little tiny harmless spider ............lol. Excellent macros. I especially liked #8, 12 and 15
