Something quick and easy to prepare…. (Relatively!)
Salami, sausage, ham or bacon
Eggs (Hard boiled)
Salt and pepper
Remove seeds with a spoon (ice cream scooper works great)
Cut out as much of the interior you easily can with a sharp knife
Pass all the ingredients thru a meat grinder (that’s what I did), or chop all very fine
Mix it all well together and fill up the empty squash
Leftover of the stuffing can be baked in an oven safe dish
I put it n the oven for 20min on 400F and finished it on 350F
Total time in the oven was one hour.
This is my recipe and first test.
It was absolutely amazing!
