It looks to me like this set has much better colour and contrast and that you are getting a lot more detail than in the older post. I think the moss is a nice touch too..interesting comparison.

Very Beautiful set...this set is better than the first as far as colors and detail. but the snow was more prominent in the first set!

You know, I like things about both sets. I think this one is more controlled, but I loved the comp of the last couple of pics in the previous chute!

Whoa! Big difference... the snow is gone!! Apples and oranges. I think your dof is sharped in this set.

It's like a magic corridoor in the woods...what's the function of the chute? lovely set!

Roger, I like the second set a bit more only because I love the blackness of the wood that you captured. Yet, the colors in the first lend a different mood that I also like. The first set defines the work that was done there a bit more for me! It just does????

I like both, I agree with Sadhya, the first set had good composition especially #2 imo... I love your perspectives in 2&7 of this set though, and of course the lack of snow changes the feel of these, at least for me. Great work overall Roger :)

honestly? although I like the reshoot, your first shots had more of a magical "light at the end of the tunnel" feel to them (because of lighting that day) that this second set doesn't have. I do love your dof in #2 though, very cool

Love the last one - excellent composition and splash of color in the moss!

After comparing these to the original post, I like this series better - the first had sort of a green cast to the wood that didn't reoccur in the second series. Just my thoughts. . .

No comparison to these great new shots! Is this an old cattle or goat chute?
