the neighbourhood looks different in white
and suddenly at the corner of my eye
sensed a little dark dot flashed by
didn't expect to find him there
this season, this condition
and yet he remained
gracious, carefree
just gliding by
that's him

WOW! You really ARE creative! Love the poem. As much as I love lamp posts (trust me, I must have a dozen in my favorites), after enlarging them both I like 1 the best.
