I live in the UK, with 3 boys, aged 10, 7 and 4. The 10 year old is severely autistic, non-verbal and has severe learning difficulties.

I've started this photoblog for several reasons. I have a new D-SLR - my first, and I want to learn to use it. I also had an idea that it might be interesting to document a year in the life of a family living with severe autism. To show the good as well as the challenging. My son loves looking at photos and spends hours flicking through iphoto. I thought a photo blog might keep him interested and entertained.

Finally I figured it would make a good record for all the boys as they grow up.
