Hmmm....brick red for this year!! :)

When I come in to work in the morning it is usually so dark that I need to search for my controls...

Something sweet for Samra for all her help....she reckons that I should be on the receiving end!!!

Five dozens in all !! The Dow folks are lucky!
I could not help but look at the camera and smile...

Luckily..Samrawit took the wrong road for a moment...this was one of the better shots of the day..

Hmmmm...I am not a donut fan at all.....I think I ate two homecuts and that was it..

I guess this was the day's hottest email...I wonder who told Sharon that it was my birthday...and usually once she comes to know, everyone does..

Samra was more than just happy..

It was my turn to get donuts to the project meeting....but unfortunately people were already fed up.. :)

Over the years...especially in India, it used to rain a lot on July 14th..but today Charleston was gorgeous...

Memorable dinner for a memorable day...it tasted pretty good..

I wanted to watch Siworae one more time...it has been a while since I watched a full movie...Jung-Jae Lee rocks!!

I think I came across very few people outside my family who were really determined to make me rock on my birthday...one was one of my Mom's good friend..and the other two being the duo from Korea...

And it is from them that I learn how to smack people down on their birthdays...

Thank you Sojung....I knew that it was your plan last year...

Not again.....Not again!!!!...but it is okay...I forgive everyone who forgot about today....the pouting is just for the picture... :)

Hmmm....this will be my first ever birthday blog...I wanted to put up twenty four photos depicting my 24th birthday and things seemed to have worked out quite well.... :)

Most of today was like any other day...I woke up early, went to work early...and I had to work for long hours...there were very few new things..but they mattered...

I had a good time at work today....shaking hands and saying thanks many a time...I really did not want everyone to know about my birthday but, eventually everyone came to know. I am happy that I could bring smiles on many faces today...the donuts and chocolates worked their magic quite well...

It is tough for me to describe my own feelings...I am very happy but...I thought I missed a trick here and there....thinking hard makes me feel that I should have done better in making this day more memorable...but again I feel that I did okay with the restrictions I had...but anyway...this was my 'own' way...and I think when I look back, I don't have a lot to complain about...
