Wonderful that you chose b&w for these. We are so used to get vibrant colors here on your blog that now these photos presented in b&w are much more striking. B&w here is a particularly clever choice, I think, since the contrasts are very interesting, as for the people and the boat in #3 or the gorgeous sky in #4. Superb set all around, Harry.

A very nice set of b&w Harry - I love the tonal range and depth in #1, #2 is very dramatic and evocative, the relections in #3 are delicious, and the sky really sets off #4 beautifully! My fav. is #1!

Great b&w, especially for a beginning. First two are screamers - dramatic compositions and striking lighting. #3 has lovely tonality befitting a contemplative scene. Chorten and sky go together nicely to round it off.

Not much to learn Harry - these are excellent - I particularly like the Lake Phewa shot.

I agree with rolpa about the first two, absolute screamers! The second takes my breath away! These shots intensify my passionate desire to return! ; )

There's a couple of stunners in this collection, I'm a big fan of the boat one where the sky meets the land in perfect crisp beauty! I've been dreaming of going to Nepal!

Impressive B&W set. I like the texture of the photos and No.1 is powerful in feeling and No.2 is the best out of the set.. well done.

These seem to capture the stoney magic that I can only imagine Nepal to be. Would love to see #2 on the full screen and #3 is *unreal*. As some people used to say!!

Especially the second one has something special for me, maybe the strange light over that pine, having a very interesting sky as background.
