Lovely set. Don't you love how autumn allows such plays with light? I feel so lucky with all these deep colours around us at the moment. I particularly like the last shot. The dof is really spot on, and the tone of the brick is just like that of an autumn leaf.

"The falling leaves drift by the window The autumn leaves of red and gold ..." (Johnny Mercer) Have always loved the russet browns and golds of Autumn. Thanks for sharing, and best regards.

Very much enjoyed the set - especially #2. Am also enjoying learning about Australia through your eyes.

The light and colors of first shot ( and all around, in fact...) are fantastic. Love them all, but the last one stands out. Superb set.

There is beautiful light and color in all of these. The last one has the most gorgeous light on the bricks! Stunning!

This is a fascinating series of changing light, Harry. The first "morning light" has colors that just leaped out of my monitor. And you captured, as vollenda writes above, the most gorgeous lighting on my favorite texture -- bricks. What warmth you and then sun give the building, despite the dark bars across the windows.

Some superb shots here Harry: #1 is an absolute winner with perfect balance of colour and focus between foreground and background, beautiful shape, and wonderful colour in the leaves; beautiful play of lines, layers and colours in #3; extremely pleasant wild brambles; and the light, shadows and colours of #8. Others are nice too.

Pretty shots of a very pretty town - the last gives Bendigo's 'gold city' tag new meaning.
